Woodlawn Theatre Shows Postponed, Moves Classes Online

In compliance with the Center for Disease Control's recommendation, and Mayor Nirenberg's request of limiting gatherings of more than 50 people, Woodlawn Theatre will be postponing On Your Feet, Godspell, Jr. and School of Rock. We are currently looking at other dates so that we may bring these amazing productions to the Woodlawn stage and continue our goal of providing high quality entertainment to San Antonio audiences. Once new dates have been determined, those who have already purchased tickets can exchange them for a new date by emailing us at: info@woodlawntheatre.org.

Please note that we will be limiting our staff until further notice and appreciate your patience with this. In addition, we ask that instead of requesting a refund, for you to please consider donating your ticket purchase. As a nonprofit, we are trying to lessen the financial effects during this trying time.

The Woodlawn Theatre Academy will be postponing all rehearsals until further notice. All Academy in-person classes will transfer to online only classes beginning March 23rd. More information to come on this transition soon.

The health and safety of our community is of the utmost importance and although we are saddened by this turn of events, we will get through this together and we look forward to seeing you soon at the historic Woodlawn Theatre. In the meantime, be safe and be good to one another.
