Fun And Inspiring Virtual Experiences Fill April At Seattle Center

Seattle Center continues to offer fun, creative ways to interact virtually with campus organizations and programs. The Seattle Center website captures these experiences in a new landing page, Seattle Center Arts at Home. Here are some of the ways it lists to connect with the Center this month online and over the airwaves.

Seattle Center Festál - Seattle Cherry Blossom and Cultural Festival offers virtual options in place of its annual festival, April 24-26. Check the Center Arts at Home page or www.cherryblossomfest.org for ongoing announcements.

The Seattle Center Festál podcast, "Yes, and..." continues in April to delve into important questions about race and identity. The podcasts urge listeners to take a stance of curiosity for one another over assumptions as the episodes explore life through shared stories and honest conversation. Our Big Neighborhood - Movin' Around the World: Virtual celebrates the arts and culture of our region, April 13-17. Families can join in dances, music, and culture from around the world from some of the same artists they would see at Northwest Folklife events, right in your own home! Each day will focus on a new topic as local artists share their arts and culture with us through videos. New videos and activities will be available daily starting at 11am. Classical KING FM provides many ways to explore the region's classical music scene.
